Your personal Accelerator specialist that we’ll match you with is compensated by the builder that you decide to build your home with. Builders are happy to pay for your specialists time as it means they don’t have to employ staff to do this for them. Think of them as your personal property concierge.
The Accelerator™ is 100 obligation free. We’ll be sad to see you go, however, we thank you for reaching out to us and we hope that we were able to help you in some way. Oh and don’t worry, there’s still no fee for our service or time.

However, many of our Accelerator clients have saved in excess of $10,000 – $20,000 through the deals and discounts their specialist has been able to secure them. We find the more flexible you are with your needs and wants, the more deals you’re able to take advantage of.
