- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident who wants to buy or build their first home Adelaide in either the Northern suburbs (ie Davoren Park, Angle Vale, Evanston, Gawler East or Virginia) or Adelaide Hills (ie Mt Barker)

The Accelerator program is 100% free. It’s hard enough saving for a deposit let alone paying for other services. Your personal Accelerator specialist that we’ll match you with is compensated by the builder that you decide to build your home with. Builders are happy to pay for your specialists time as it means they don’t have to employ staff to do this for them. Think of them as your personal property concierge.
The Accelerator™ is 100 obligation free. We’ll be sad to see you go, however, we thank you for reaching out to us and we hope that we were able to help you in some way. Oh and don’t worry, there’s still no fee for our service or time.
Often it comes down to your financial situation and if you’re in a position to get a home loan immediately.
We have some first home buyers who are ready to go, they submit their information with our team, get matched with their specialists and we find them a new home and location they love that same week.
We also have other buyers that take anywhere from 3-6 months to find something they absolutely love. There is no pressure. Everyone has different time frames. Your specialist is there to work with you and your schedule.

We work in the background and match you with a number of different specialists who work for a range of different quality building and property companies. We let those guys take all the glory as they’re the ones doing all the hard work for you.
We knew first home buyers needed more help than other buyers trying to purchase a property. We also noticed it was taking most of them a lot longer than it needed to because they didn’t understand what to do.
That’s when we decided to help them ‘Accelerate’ the process by giving them access to people who had done it hundreds of times before.

It always varies based on the builder you choose, the inclusions you want, and the land estate/development you decide to buy/build in. However, many of our Accelerator clients have saved in excess of $10,000 – $20,000 through the deals and discounts their specialist has been able to secure them. We find the more flexible you are with your needs and wants, the more deals you’re able to take advantage of.
