The First Home Buyer Accelerator ™ program matches first time home buyers with qualified independent property and finance professionals who are certified partners of the program.

These terms and conditions apply to the First Home Buyer Accelerator™ program (“the Program”). The term (“Users” “you” “your”) means individuals who purchase the Program. The Program is owned by The Nevada Group Pty Ltd (“ACN 126 764 467”) (“The Nevada Group” “us” “our” “we”).  These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time without prior notice to you. You should review this page when re-visiting because your continued use of the Program will indicate your acceptance of any amendments that have been made to these terms and conditions.

1. Agreement

The Nevada Group offers the Program on the condition that you accept these Terms and Conditions. By accessing the Program, you are bound to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you must cease using the Program immediately. These Terms and Conditions form the entire Agreement between you and The Nevada Group.  

1. Conditions of joining

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be over the age of 18 years old;
• Be capable to form legally binding contracts;
• Be planning to purchase your first residential property; and
• Accept these terms and conditions.

If you do not satisfy the above requirements you must immediately cease use of the Program.  If you make an application through the Site on behalf of another person you represent and warrant to The Nevada Group that you have the authority to bind that other person as a principal to these terms and conditions.  

1. Program Inclusions

As part of the free Accelerator™ Program, you are matched with a first home buyer specialist who will guide you through the property buying or financial application process, depending on your needs and requirements.

1. Access to the Program

Once you have applied for the Program you will receive an email and sms confirming your application.  Your application entitles you to a free, no obligation phone call with the specialist you’ve been assigned. The specialist you are assigned is based on the answers you provide in the ‘Accelerator Qualifier’. The specialist will then determine if they are able to assist you based on your individual situation. 

1. Working with your assigned specialist

Your assigned specialist is a certified partner of the First Home Buyer Accelerator™ program and is not an employee of The Nevada Group Pty Ltd. Any agreements, contracts or fees agreed to with your assigned specialist are solely with the company they represent and do not constitute an agreement or binding obligation with The Nevada Group Pty Ltd or The First Home Buyer Accelerator™ program. 

1. Referral Fees

The Nevada Group Pty Ltd may from time to time receive a referral fee from your assigned First Home Buyer specialist as they are a member of our certified partner program that ensures first home buyers are referred to qualified property and finance specialist in a consistent and secure way

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Users acknowledge that The Nevada Group has a trademark over the First Home Buyer Accelerator™ program, pursuant to the Patents Act 1990 (Cth).  The Nevada Group is also the owner of the First Home Buyer Accelerator ™ logo. The Nevada Group is the absolute owner of all intellectual property rights (both registered and unregistered) in the Program and nothing in these terms entitles any User to make a claim to any ownership of this property.

1. Limited Liability

Without limiting the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, The Nevada Group excludes all conditions, warranties, terms and guarantees otherwise implied by law.  The Nevada Group is not liable for any misuse of the Program by you. To the extent permitted by law The Nevada Group is not liable to pay for any indirect, economic, special or consequential loss or damage including but not limited to loss of revenue, profit, goodwill, business or claims made against it arising from your use of the Program.

1. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and keep The Nevada Group fully indemnified against all claims by any person whatsoever for injury, loss or damage suffered in connection with your use of the Accelerator program where the claim arises from your breach of these terms and conditions. 

1. General

If any provision of this Agreement is invalid under any law the provision will be deleted from the Agreement to the extent of the invalidity and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and Australia and any claim arising out of this Agreement will be determined in Queensland.
